Dr. Aljadhey is the Dean of Pharmacy College and Supervisor of Pharmacy Services at King Saud University Medical City, King Saud University where he serves as director of Medication Safety Research Chair. He was the Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research and Vice Dean for Academic Affairs at the same college. He had adjunct appointment in the University of North Carolina, University of Aberdeen, and University Science of Malaysia. He received his baccalaureate degree from King Saud University and his doctor of pharmacy (PharmD) and master from Purdue University. He completed an ASHP accredited residency at Winchester Medical Center, Virginia. In 2008, Dr. Aljadhey earned his Doctor of Philosophy in pharmacoepidemiology and medication safety from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in the United States of America.
Dr. Aljadhey is a reviewer for several international scientific journals and Associate Editor for both Pharmacoepidemiology and Drug Safety and Journal of Asian Association of Schools of Pharmacy journals. He is the founding chair for the Gulf chapter of the International Society for Pharmacoepidemiology. Dr. Aljadhey supervised more than 25 graduate students and published more than 80 peer reviewed publications. He is a member of the pharmacovigilance advisory committee in the Saudi Food and Drug Authority and member in the committee for the Pharmacovigilance guidelines. He is a member in the Board of Trustees and the Saudi Pharmacy Scientific Board at the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. Dr. Aljadhey is a member of the International Expert Group on Patient Safety Research in Primary Care at the World Health Organization. Dr. Aljadhey served as consultant to several colleges of pharmacy and universities and currently he is a member in the Board of Directors of the Asian Association of Schools of Pharmacy. He was awarded the Andrew McAfee Award for scientists by the International Society for Pharmacoepidemiology.

Dr. Alomi is a product of King Saud University confirmed with the degree of Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences in the year 1992. After six-years of higher study, he earned his Master of Clinical Pharmacy from the same university in the 1998. He is an affiliated clinical instructor of Purdue University in the USA. He is adjunct assistant professor of King Saud University college of Pharmacy.
Dr. Alomi was a member of Pharmacy Board at Saudi commission for health Specialties for 1998-2002 and 2008-2012 and Head of Pharmacy Accreditation committee in 2010-2012. He was team member of establishing 1st Pharmacy Residency Program in Saudi Arabia. In the year 2005 he obtained Board Certification of Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS). In the year 2008, he obtained his diploma in business administration from American University in Egypt in 2007, and he obtained a Board Certification of Nutrition Support Pharmacy (BCNSP) in 2009.
Dr. Alomi worked as clinical pharmacist in critical care area and nutrition support. He is He is establish and implement several programs at MOH Hospitals at first time; Clinical Pharmacy Program, Medication Safety Program, Pain Management Program, Anticoagulation Program and Pharmacy Infection Control, including 30 Adult and 20 Pediatrics Clinical Pharmacy Program; he founder of Mass Gathering Pharmaceutical Care and Pharmacy Infection Control in Saudi Arabia
He became a member of advisory board of the Arab Pharmaceutical Journal in 2010. He became as editorial board of Journal of Pharma and Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2015. He became as editorial board of BAOJ Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2015. He became as Pharmacy Board Member of Saudi Commission of Health Care Specialties 2010-2013. He had several research in clinical Pharmacy and Pharmacy practice published in ACCP and ISPOR conferences. He had several presentations in the clinical pharmacy and pharmacy practice at several conference in and outside Saudi Arabia.

Graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University, in 1991, and after spending one year as an intern and another as a general surgery resident, Dr Soha joined the department of Pharmacology, Faculty of Medicine as a Demonstrator.
Dr Soha obtained her MSc in Pharmacology in 1996 and her PhD in 1999 after which she was appointed as an Associate Professor of Pharmacology. Dr Soha came to KSA in 2005 when she started by supervising the Drug Information Service at King Abdulaziz Hospital and Oncology Center (KAAH&OC). During that appointment and for the following five years, Dr Soha was responsible for answering all clinical pharmacology queries related to patients in the 500-bed hospital. She was responsible also for most of Pharmacy and Therapeutic Committee functions, specially using literature and Evidence Based Medicine to make formulary decisions. During her current appointment as a Drug information service supervisor, Dr Soha answered over 1000 queries in different medical specialties.
In 2010 Dr Soha was appointed as a Research Consultant at KAAH & OC after which she was transferred on the same position to King Abdullah Medical City (KAMC), Makkah.
In 2012, Dr Elmorsy obtained MSC Degree in Clinical Trials from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, the University of London.
During her academic and professional career, Dr Soha published over 40 publications. She also supervised three MSc and PhD theses and trained more than one hundred clinical pharmacy students at different clinical rotations of their internship. Also along the way she obtained MSc degrees in General Surgery and in Gynecology and Obstetrics.
Dr. Mohammad Elfaour has earned his Bachelor of Pharmacy and Pharm. D degrees from the Ohio State University in Columbus (Ohio, USA) and has over 17 years of combined professional experience. He has worked in different pharmacy settings in the US including: community pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, ambulatory care pharmacy and pharmacy benefits management.
Dr. Elfaour has been a member of King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center-Jeddah Branch for 14 years and has worked in different capacities including: Clinical Pharmacist, Quality Improvement Coordinator, Assistant Head of Pharmacy for Operations, and finally Director of Pharmaceutical Care Division.
During his tenure since 2008, the Pharmaceutical Care Division at King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Center-Jeddah has significantly expanded the operations and clinical services in addition to revamping the inpatient medication distribution system through implementation of automation and informatics solutions. The division is also moving towards the comprehensive practice model, engaging pharmacists directly with the medical and nursing teams to provide consistent and high quality medication management services and optimize outcomes.

Dr. Aseeri graduated from the College of Pharmacy at King Saud University in Riyadh with a bachelor degree in pharmaceutical sciences in 2001. After his graduation, he worked as a staff pharmacist at King Khalid National Guard Hospital (KKNGH) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In 2003, Dr. Aseeri was awarded a scholarship from the National Guard Health Affairs to complete a post graduate training in clinical pharmacy field in North America. He obtained in 2006 his Doctor of Pharmacy degree (Pharm.D.) from North Dakota States University and completed an ASHP accredited post-graduate year one (PGY1) pharmacy residency training in 2007 at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas, United States. After his return from the scholarship, he worked as a clinical pharmacy specialist in pediatric oncology for 5 years. In 2013, he completed a fellowship training program in safe medication management at the Institute for Safe Medication Practices (ISMP) in Pennsylvania, USA. Dr. Aseeri is currently holding the assistant director position for the clinical pharmacy services and the program director for the ASHP accredited PGY1 pharmacy residency training program at King Abdul Aziz Medical City- Western Region. In addition to his clinical practice and management positions, he is an assistant professor for clinical pharmacy at King Saud bin Abdul Aziz University for health Sciences.
Saeed Noibi is Health outcomes and Epidemiology Head, GlaxoSmithkline (GSK) in the Gulf Cooperation Countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirate). As a Healthcare evidence specialist, Saeed has over a decade of experience in pharmacoenomics, outcomes research and clinical research. With experience spanning contract research, industry and healthcare consulting, Saeed has worked for global healthcare companies such Quintilies Transnational Corporation, GSK Research and Development (R&D) organisation and IMS Health in London, United Kingdom.
Saeed’s research interest includes assessment of the value in evolving healthcare systems. His publications include pharmacoeconomic evaluation of alternative healthcare interventions within the Arab Gulf. He also has publications in the field of clinical research, research methods and outcomes research.
Saeed holds a Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Physiology from King’s College London and a Masters of Public Health (MPH) from the same university. He also attended Executive courses at Oxford University in the UK. Saeed is a member of the International Society of Pharmaco-economics and Outcomes Research (ISPOR,) Arabic chapter. He also represents his organization on the clinical research working group of Pharmaceutical Researchers and Manufacturers Association (PHRMAG) in the GCC Countries.

Mr.Abdulgader is the Pharmacy Informatics Officer at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre (KFSHRC), holding a Master Degree in Health Informatics (MHI) from Dalhousie University, Halifax, Canada, In addition to his bachelor degree in pharmaceutical science from King Saud University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Mr.Almoeen is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) from Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), USA.
Mr.Almoeen has been involved in many informatics and automation projects and he developed allot of applications for pharmacy medication management and he helped establishing KFSHRC drug databases for multiple solutions. Also, he had a major role in establishing the bar code technology for outpatient & inpatient pharmacies in addition to his work introducing the BCMA and Smart pumps to KFSHRC organization.
Mr.Almoeen is a teaching member at Riyadh College of Pharmacy and he is a certified trainer of CPHIMS.
Currently, he is working in conducting an outcome research to measure the impact of using an outpatient pharmacy automation technology in improving patient safety. Also, He is currently responsible for E-prescribing, CPOE, CDSS, pharmacy supply chain and all pharmacy informatics solutions.

Mrs. Merryland AbdelJawad is a patient safety advocate with over 19 years of combined experience in Medication Safety, Quality, Pharmacy informatics and Senior Pharmacist.
Mrs AbdelJawad has received her Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from Petra University, Amman, Jordan and her Post Graduate Certificate in Medication Safety from MCPHS University Boston, USA. She is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) from the National Association of Healthcare Quality, Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) from American Society for Quality and Certified Manager from the Institute of Certified Professional Manager (ICPM).
She is responsible for organizing and coordinating the Hospital's overall Medication Safety & Reconciliation programs. Collaborate with cross functional teams for future error prevention and works closely with Physicians, Nurses ,Quality staff and other healthcare professionals on different initiatives involving patient safety and accreditation.
She is the Chairperson for Jeddah’s Medication Safety Committee & also a Jeddah’s Coordinator for the Medication Safety and Utilization Subcommittee of KFSH&RC. She is a member in different safety and quality committees and involved in different JCIA chapters (MMU, QPS & IPSG). She has worked closely with nursing affairs during Magnet accreditation and was a member of the Magnet Education team.
She was a speaker in different Medication Safety and Quality events nationally and internationally. On Nov 2012 has been awarded for the Best poster during the 5th Medication Safety Conference held in Abu Dhabi. She has also been awarded as one of the best hospital colleagues 2007 and received the Stars of Nursing Excellence Award 2011 for Exemplary contribution to Professional Development.
